Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Cut.bd, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Cut.bd shortens URLs and provides click analytics, custom branded domains, password-protected links, QR codes, link expiry, and team workspaces. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

You're responsible for keeping your password and any enrolled passkeys or authenticator codes secure, and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may not use Cut.bd to create or distribute links to content that is illegal, fraudulent, malicious, or that infringes someone else's rights. We scan destination URLs against threat-intelligence feeds and may disable links or accounts that we determine pose a security or legal risk, with or without notice.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe. You can cancel anytime from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You may stop using Cut.bd and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On deletion, your links stop resolving and your data is removed per our Privacy Policy.

Cut.bd is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cut.bd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including damages from links created by other users.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of Cut.bd will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Cut.bd after a change means you accept the updated terms.
