Custom Domains

Use your own branded domain (e.g. go.yourbrand.com) instead of a shared domain for your short links. Custom domains give your links a professional appearance and reinforce brand trust.

Setting up a custom domain

1. Go to Settings → Custom Domains and click Add Domain.
2. Enter your hostname (e.g. go.yourbrand.com).
3. Cut.bd generates a CNAME target and a TXT verification record.
4. In your DNS provider, add a CNAME record pointing to the provided target, and a TXT record with the verification token.
5. Click Verify — Cut.bd checks DNS propagation. This can take up to 48 hours depending on your DNS provider's TTL.
